PAvCon Conference & Exhibition 2026 Work on this years conference and exhibition is well under way. Here you will find all the information you will need to attend as an exhibitor, speaker, sponsor or air crew. This year the event retains the two-day conference/exhibition format and will focus on crew training and technology information. The exclusive training day will take place on Wednesday 27 May and the conference on Thursday and Friday, 28 & 29 May. Please note that this is a slight change to our usual training and conference days . PAvCon 25 conference and exhibition saw all available space taken very quickly leaving some late comers only able to walk the floor promoting their companies. Please note: there is no cost to attending police [airborne emergency services]. They transport themselves to the location and arrange and pay for their hotel but must register as individuals or part of units attending. We ask that all personnel wear uniforms where possible please.
